What’s Changed?

Aside from once again using Just CBD Sour Worm Gummies 1000mg strength, I chose to add CBD vape into the mix because vaping CBD is a faster method of consuming CBD. The CBD vape product I am using is called Fruit Monster CBD - CBD Vape - Blueberry Raspberry Lemon - 2400mg strength. As usual, you may want to adjust your CBD dosage based on your needs. As I am a larger person I would require more CBD. 

The introduction of another form factor is something CBD users should try to see what best works for them. While CBD edibles are one method of consumption, vape provides another way of consuming CBD, as mentioned before. By utilizing multiple forms of consumption, one can truly feel the effects of CBD in multiple ways. In terms of discomfort, there have been improvements, and discomfort is usually alleviated within hours (and in some cases, minutes) of consumption. To promote restfulness, CBD vape is more immediate.

I have also started to use CBD vape exclusively at night and edibles during the day because of the long absorption time for edibles as opposed to vape. I have been consuming CBD to promote restfulness and relieve discomfort, but there may be other ways that CBD is assisting me with achieving my health goals. Consuming CBD before going to bed has been vital to improving restfulness, while during the day it is meant to relieve discomfort.
