Are we able to ship to you?

Recent changes to federal law have presented us with new logistical challenges. The PACT Act has made it more difficult to ship vape products to customers’ homes. FedEx, UPS and other major carriers have all prohibited the shipment of vape products. In addition, as of October 21, 2021, USPS has also prohibited the shipment of vape products throughout their network.

We are working with our logistics partners to ensure that we can service all of our U.S. customers. If your zip code is among those that we cannot currently service, we apologize for this inconvenience. However, if you provide us with your email address, in the form above, we will let you know when your zip code is available for delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t you ship to me?

The government has made it illegal to ship vape products using USPS, which was our primary method for shipping. We are working with alternative carriers to get your orders delivered. However, at this time, these carriers may not service every zip code in the U.S. We are working diligently to attain full U.S. zip code coverage.

What are my shipment options now?

We are working with other carriers to get as much coverage as possible.

If you can ship to me, how will this affect my orders?

It will take longer for you to receive your orders.

If you cannot currently ship to me, how long before you will be able to service my zip code?

While we cannot currently provide any estimates, we are working on adding additional zip codes daily.


Free Shipping:

We currently offer FREE domestic shipping option on all orders within the United States for qualifying* product orders of $100 or more with code SHIPSFREE, excluding any applicable excise taxes or sales taxes. 

Free shipping offer does not apply to international orders shipping outside of the United States, Hawaii, Alaska and in certain jurisdictions where prohibited.

Free shipping offer does not apply to certain designated hardware or certain items not shipped from of our Illinois warehouse.

In regards to our free shipping option, there are no guarantees on the timeline of the shipment, however, most orders dispatch within 1-3 business days.

 

Order Processing:

In most cases, all orders will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process your order. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you make your shipping option selection at checkout.

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season.

 

Delivery Times:

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

It may take an average of 5-14 business days for the delivery of your order, depending on your specific location.

Shipping Rates:

All shipping methods and rates are listed when you place your order at check out.

In the event that you receive the message, "No shipping rates available for your area", this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. If this is an international order and you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your country. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information.

Back Orders:

In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.

 

Modification/Cancellation of Orders:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any modifications or cancellations of orders once your order has been placed.  All sales are final.

If the order has left our warehouse and there was an incorrect address, or you would no longer like the order we will request the package be returned to sender.  Once we have received confirmation that the package has been marked returned to sender, we can issue a refund only for the goods not the shipping.  An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied. 

Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:

In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, wrong flavors, incorrect nicotine levels, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to our Customer Support Team within the first 48 hours of receiving your package, and they will assist you in resolving the problem. 

Lost Or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, please reach out to  support@ejuices.com.

 

If a shipment has been marked RTS by the carrier for failed attempts, we can only issue a refund for the product and not the shipping.  An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied.  

 

Please note that shipments leave our facility and are shipped out to the carrier’s  central sorting center. From there, the shipments are assigned to a final mile carrier in your area and then shipped to the final mile carrier who will make the delivery. Unfortunately, delays can occur, but if an extended delay occurs, we will work with our customers and the carrier to get them resolved.
