7 ways to improve your ejuice shopping experience at ejuices.com

It's our goal to keep you happy! To help us improve your shopping experience at eJuices.com, here are 7 pro-tips from our Customer Service Department. 

1.  Temporary location: if you are going to be staying in a temporary location and would like your order delivered to that area , please be aware that orders can take up to 3 business days to fulfill. Once an order is fulfilled, delivery times are not guaranteed. There are many factors that go into play when delivering a package, including weather, man power, damage to shipping labels, etc. For this reason, Delivery times are never guaranteed. 

2. Changing an order: Please be aware that our system does not allow any changes to be made to the order once the purchase is complete. If you order the wrong flavor or nicotine strength, we can only cancel and refund the order. 

3. Refunds: Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be completed. Most banking institutions will return funds within that time frame, however, if it is taking longer than that, please contact your banking institution directly. 

4. Weekend fulfillment times: Most carriers do not pick up on Saturday and Sunday. For this reason, if an order is placed after 2 pm on Friday, the order will most likely not ship until Monday. A shipping label will be made on Saturday if the order is placed before 10 am, but the tracking may not begin updating until Tuesday at the latest. This doesn’t mean your order hasn’t been picked up, it just means the package hasn’t been scanned. 

5. USPS: We highly recommend only using USPS for small orders that are shipping locally. USPS is not the most reliable method of shipment, which is why we do not offer USPS for most of our international customers. If you would like some comfort knowing your package will most likely be delivered within 2-3 days, FedEx, DHL or UPS are the carriers we recommend. If tracking hasn’t updated or states that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us with your order number right away. We will open an investigation with USPS for you same day. USPS takes a minimum of 3 business days to conclude an investigation. Please allow us that time in order to follow up with USPS and conclude the investigation for you. 

6. Receiving incorrect/damaged product: Please make sure contact customer service for all order issues. Please reference the order number, brand, flavor, bottle size and nicotine strength for any order issues that may arise. If damaged product is received, please be sure to include pictures when reaching out to customer service of  the damaged items in addition to the information listed above. If you receive incorrect items (i.e. all 3 mg. when 6 mg. was ordered) please include pictures showing the bottle, nicotine strength, flavor and invoice that comes with your package. These will be used for not only our records, but to ensure this issue doesn’t happen again in the future. You can find your order invoice located in a plastic envelope on the outside of your package. 

7. Payment: Our site accepts all major credit cards regardless of where they are issued. We do not accept bitcoin or paypal at this time.
